(Headquarters: Boston, United States of America, CEO: Eric Groves; referenced below as "Alignable") the network for local business owners, through its investment subsidiary RSP Fund No. 6 LLC, operated by Recruit Strategic Partners Co., Ltd.
1. Purpose and background
Recently, even in the business field, the utilization of networks to collect information has spread widely. To that end, Alignable has developed a network called "Alignable" currently based in North America, that is exclusively for local business owners; through this investment, Recruit plans to work together with Alignable in the expansion of this service, which is currently growing at a rapid pace.
