Announcement of Changes in Board Directors, Statutory Auditors, and Corporate Executive Officers

Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masumi Minegishi) announces the following appointments of a new board director and statutory auditor candidates and changes in responsibility of corporate executive officers. These changes are being made to further accelerate overseas business, with a focus on repositioning current officers and actively promoting new management resources. The new board director and statutory auditor will be officially appointed after the 53rd Ordinary Session of the General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in late June.
